I think Dad was having just about as much fun as his little boy! These guys (all 3 of them) are so into each other. I loved watching them through my lens. C is surrounded by love and encouragement, and cheers and laughter. Everything a child should have. He getting a great foundation and it makes you wonder...will he play soccer someday like Daddy? Or become a teacher like Mommy? I don't know but he is a fantastic "kiss blower" today! Thanks, guys!

I have been blessed with a bunch of newborns lately. I tell ya...we seem to be in the midst of a Michiana Baby Boom. I met this precious baby boy late last week and he was the fresh age of 5 days old. He joins 2 year old big sister, who you met last month (pigtails on 2/17), to make this family a party of 4. Look...I think he liked my joke.
Gorgeous, gorgeous children. Gorgeous, gorgeous light. We had a great session last week and I could not be happier with the pictures. I love my job! More sneaks coming later this afternoon.

Everyone together now..."Awww." Isn't she something special? She has received a beautiful welcome into this world from family and friends anxious to meet her. She is joining a family full of love. I can't decide who is more blessed...her parents or her. And I just know as soon as the time is right, her parents will have her in her very own Mickey's ears. I can't wait to hear about their first family trip to Disney.

Welcome the newest Baby Stepper to the jennyhoke family. This one made my job a breeze. Seriously, such a happy go lucky baby boy. His baby blues are show stoppers, let me tell you. Thanks, guys! It was great to meet you. See you in 3 short months!
I feel like I should post some sort of warning or disclaimer. Something along the lines of, "View these images at your own risk. You will want one of your own" or "Viewing these newborn images may increase your desire to become a mommy again...even if you thought you were done."
This newborn was simply perfect. When we was awake, he was content. And towards the end, he shut his eyes and allowed us to capture that sweet dreamland. His big brother is such a cutie and served as my 2nd shooter for the session. Once dad helped him get new batteries into his camera, he was up on my stepstool shooting right beside me. Such fun!
I'll say it again. There is something special in the air when you walk into a home with a newborn. Thanks for you having me, guys. It was a pleasure.
What can I say? This little guy had the sweetest little grin. Momma figured out what made her boy smile and we were in business! I think that you'll agree, this one is a (little) boy at heart. Picking up sticks, running down the sidewalk, checking out the big geese + a gorgeous spring morning by the river + this grin = SUCCESS!
A few notes about tomorrow's opening...
These darling kids and their green apples, and tulips, and spring colors are bound to get you thinking Spring! Hard not to get some cute images with these 2 faces. I was shocked to see this little boy, instead of the baby boy I worked with last spring. He even talks in full sentences! I guess that's what happens in a year but it caught me off guard. But as always...You guessed it...I loved it!
We here at jennyhoke photography are loving the sunshine! We had beautiful light for our shoot on Monday. This adorable little chatterbox has the sweetest sounding voice. Soon after I got to their home, I asked if she was talking much. Both mom and dad said, "Yes! She talks all the time." Sure enough, she is quite the little chatterbox. And it was pure music to my ears! I didn't understand one single word but it was darling. As is she. Wouldn't you agree?
I love to revisit my little clients. (Isn't she something?!) So I was thrilled when this gal's momma emailed to set up her 2 year appointment. I was thrilled again to walk into their gorgeous home and see my work being enjoyed and displayed. Does my heart good! Okay, back to the Beauty. Help me wish her a Happy 2nd birthday this week. We hope it's a ZOO of a time! 
Happy 1st Birthday, Sweetie Pie! Absolutely beautiful! She has always had a happy, huge smile. It lights up not only her face but the entire room. Well, she did not disappoint on her 1 year Baby Step. Tons of happy, huge smiles! If you hear that mumbling...it's just me willing myself to "just think happy thoughts." You know how I feel about these Baby Step graduations. 
Hey, there Handsome. We caught this baby boy exactly on his 6 month birthday. Momma said that he just this week began sitting up like this. Perfect timing...I love when my 6 month Baby Steppers are sitting up. His bedroom has gorgeous golden sunlight pouring in the window and with his happy, baby grins we couldn't go wrong.
