Graham Daniel is a rockstar.  Plain and simple.  He was just settling in for a bottle and a nap when I arrived, and he changed gears and put his happy.face.on.  Way to go Grahamers!  Let me give you a little idea of what went down last Saturday.  Like I said, he was getting sleepy but Mom and Dad knew just the right tricks to get their little boy smiling.  We were upstairs.  We were downstairs.  On the couch.  Outfit changes.  On his tummy and his back.  You name it.  Then...THEN while we were changing set-ups, Mom sits Graham up.  What?  Yes, she sits Graham Daniel FOUR MONTHS OLD up.  I was shocked and mighty impressed.  I didn't even think to ask if he was sitting up. That will teach me. 

Thanks for a super session, guys!  I can't wait until 8 months!

Love, Lucas. Oh, he's a sweetheart. These boys (my first two sessions of the new year are families with two brothers) they are darling, I tell you.  Don't you just love those little jeans, no longer than one foot long, and those bare toes?!  Momma and I were talking about how big brother didn't get any teeth until close to one year but as I was clicking through his session it made me wonder...little Lucas could not get enough of his chubby fingers.  So cute.  Thanks for a fun session, guys!

Hello! Hello!  I am so excited to be back to the grind, friends.  I'm ready for a great 2012.  With so many fun and fabulous faces lined up for 2012, I just know it's going to be super!  Baby Elliott has the distinction of being JHP's first 2012 session and he was a ROCKSTAR.  Seriously cute and seriously happy-go-lucky.  Thanks for going easy on me, buddy.  You are just adorable with those big, blueBLUE eyes, and those rubber band wrists.  What a treat to watch you grow!

Someone is ready to share their gorgeous senior pictures with her friends!  I was a little giddy when the package arrived.  :) 

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!  It's been a fabulous break!  Hubby heads back to work tomorrow and my girls and I are home for one more week.  JHP kicks off 2012 with a bang; next week we have a 4 month old, a 6 month old, and a newborn.  Stay tuned for that fun!

Me r r y  C h r i s t m a s  from our family to yours! 

We are grateful for the blessings that were brought in 2011.  What a privilege to work with such amazing families.  I'm excited for what 2012 holds, lots of beautiful faces are already lined up!

I am really enjoying my down time with my family.  I've had just enough time to nurse my girls back to health after being sick with the stomach flu and strep. I even found time to get sick myself.  Truly, though, this time with my family has been wonderful.  Christmas pageants and concerts, baking cookies, visiting Santa, picking out the perfect gifts.  Now we're ready to celebrate Jesus' birth and share family time with our loved ones.  I pray that you have a special time celebrating Christmas with those you love.  God Bless.
