This darling (one of our early Baby Steppers) has turned 5!!  She's such a pumpkin with so much personality.  Anna Banana I'm loving watching you grow.

In other news, we are outside.  Despite the snow that fell last night, Spring has arrived in Michiana.  It's been just warm enough for us to begin holding session outdoors and I'm cheering with the rest of you!!!  Stay tuned for some more outdoor sessions.

I cannot stand the cuteness here, folks!  This young man was 100% giddy to be at the fire station.  It was a little contagious, I admit it.  I had such a fun time with this beautiful family.  I loved shooting around all the fun colors of the fire truck and then we finished up out back where we found my traditional green space.  Thanks for a super fun session, friends.  It was great to meet you!

I just LOVE these two (and their momma and daddy, too)!!  This was an exceptionally fun session.  Mom, of course, had them looking adorable.  The sun was shining (are you tired of me talking about that already?!)  They both cooperated marvelously.  We just went outside and went to work.  And when we were done, this is what we had.  Beautiful pictures of a newly three year old and a newly five year old.  Thanks, friends.  See you again, soon!!

P.S.  Baby Step Graduate ALERT!!  The little mister up there.  The one with the dashing good looks?  He's one of ours.  A Baby Step Graduate.  How does that happen??

One look and you can see that we had a blast at this session.  Sophie is 100% adorbs and her momma pulled out all the stops when prepping for this session. We had a gorgeous quilt, grandma's blue chair, glitter and more.  This sweet family had access to a barn and it was an absolutely perfect setting.  I just love what we came away with.  Happy 5TH Birthday, Sophie!  I loved my time spent with you.  p.s.  Thank you for the yummy sugar cookie, too.  So delicious.

I'm still smiling when I think about this session last week.  This is one good kid.  I couldn't believe how much he's grown up.  My mind kept flashing back to our first session three years ago.  Wow!  Thanks for a great session, Noah.  And thanks for being awesome.

These cuties were such a treat!!  I loved seeing them again, after a year or so.  The camera just loves them.  The cherry on top, for me, was meeting their newest cohort.  Just look at that BEAUTIFUL baby with the dark hair.  And those lips.  Momma tells me that she looks so much like her big sister did at that age.  Melt my heart.  I just can't get enough of these kiddos.

Who says you can't have fun at the beach on a chilly spring day?!  Aren't my new friends just made for the beach?  They are just darling.  Little beach models. Thanks for a fun session, guys.  These pictures definitely have me itching for summertime.

You know? I think it might be fun to mix things up and tell you what a terrible session I had. Or what rotten kids these were. And the parents? Forgetaboutit. But...I would be telling a big fat lie. The furthest thing from the truth. There is just more of the same here: Beautiful families that love, LOVE each other. And beautiful children with twinkles in their eyes.
