Oh, this was a fun one.  This dear family is just the best.  I first met them (with my camera in tow) when big sister (Isn't she gorgeous?!) was around one year old.  She was wearing little more than a diaper cover and pearls and it was perfect.  Little Sister got in on the Baby Step program and so now it's settled they are JHP family.  Folks it is such a joy to watch you go through life.  New babies.  New puppies.  New houses.  All of it.  Thanks for letting me hang around to capture it all through my lens.  Feeling grateful tonight.

Hi, friends!  Summer is just whizzing by, isn't it?!  It's been so good.  This stunning family beach session will go down as one of my favs this summer.  I love the colors they chose and how it contrasts with the colors of the beach.  I love watching these beautiful girls grow up.  And you all I know I have a soft spot for twins.

Thanks for being patient with emails and questions.  With my girls home from school this summer, I am trying to soak it up as much as possible.  And besides shooting, I am holding part time office/computer hours.

I hope you're having a super summer.  Even with the cooler weather, there is so much beauty around us.  I love that we can go from Indiana corn fields, to the cool alley ways of downtown South Bend and within an hour's drive find ourselves at the majestic Lake Michigan.  Stay tuned for some more sneak peeks coming this week!

I am pretty sure I didn't stop gushing through this entire session.  Show up in Persnickety with darling kiddos and that will do it.  This location went perfectly with the outfits and I just loved this session.

A beautiful evening at Silver Beach with this stunning family!  I love my job:)  These cutie girls are Baby Step Alumni and it's always a treat to photograph them.

We had an overcast sky this night but I love the soft beachy colors it created.  We're so blessed to live so close to Lake Michigan.

Don't you just love it when the air begins to warm and the earth comes alive with that vibrant green.  Add in some pink and super cute smiles and you have a day made.  Thanks for a fun session, friends.  I loved my time spent with you.

It's Christmas card photo time, so I am trying to be careful with what I show here.  Lucky you!  You get to see individual pictures of these three darling sisters.  Such a treat to visit these three (and their parents) every fall.  Mom always does a fantastic job at coordinating everyone's outfits.  So cute!

I am loving this rich fall color.  And, of course, another visit with these girls.  It's been such a treat for me to watch little Lily grow this year.  Every visit with Lily means a visit with her awesome big sisters (and momma and daddy, too).  She's approaching her one year birthday and I know they are going to have a great Thanksgiving and Christmas season watching it all through Lily's eyes.  Thanks for another fun session, friends!
