My girls the supermodels. Carrie from Main Street Bowtique and I go way back. My favorite memories of her include her in her black and yellow bumblebee dance outfit. Through the magic of facebook we were connected again. She owns a cute shop full of adorable frocks and accessories for little girls. And I own a photography business. Can you see where this is going?

I was greeted by this sweet sunshine face and I knew that whatever would happen that we would get great shots. She is absolutely darling! Isn't she? I LOVE this age. ONE year olds are so cute. But it sure does give mom and dad a great workout. Busy, busy!

My girls, Reagan and Reilly, were so looking forward to this photo session. We scheduled it way back in October, I think. This darling, brown-eyed girl belongs to my daughters' 1st grade teacher. Reagan, my oldest by 2 minutes, actually was the referral for this one. They LOVE their teacher and I love that she's giving them so many fun experiences to round out their 1st grade learning. She's really a great teacher...with a really great family!
Miss L was a joy! Full of life. And full of fun. One of those kids who just amaze you (in a GOOD way) with what comes out of their mouth.

Welcome jennyhokephotography's newest Baby Stepper. He is precious. He is perfect. He is gorgeous...adorable...smiley...expressive...sweet. I could go on and on. You can tell he just stole my heart. I can hardly stand to look at these sneaks. It's just too much. Too much of all the above mentioned...precious, perfect, gorgeous, etc. 
Allow me to gush over my cutieface kids for a moment. Would you? :) These 2 are my inspiration. It all began with them. They indulged me for a quick moment yesterday. And you know, as I was taking these I was reminded that you really don't need much. A plain-ish wall, a window...maybe a cute smile. And VOILA'. You've got a great fun portrait.

Folks, what we have here is a genuine New Year's Baby! Won't you join me in wishing her a Happy 2nd Birthday? She had me at hello and certainly after I heard her sweet voice say my name. Yesterday, we spent a little time in her big girl bedroom, a little time with her new fish Nemo and we even stepped outside for some fun winter shots.
I first worked with this gorgeous family a year ago, only then I photographed this beautiful couple and their baby girl. This time I photographed this gorgeous couple and their little girl (who will always be their baby girl, I know). The transformations that these children go through, so quickly, just amaze me. Thanks, guys! As always, it was a pleasure. 
This daddy's girl is 6 month now. Isn't she the sweetest thing? For the most part, she thinks photo sessions are serious business but I'm so glad that we caught a few grins. I love the red tutu (Momma's always got her looking cute!) and would you look at those curled toes!!
If you've been hanging around here long, you should recognize these cutiefaces. We met up yesterday to celebrate 6 months for this Baby Stepper and almost 3 years for Big Sis. These girls are sugar sweet and I always have a great time with them. Big Sis was actually asking if it was her turn yet. Then she polited asked if she could be done when the time came. Love it!
I love this family! I know they must hear it all the time but can you imagine having 7 children?! Just today, I missed my daughters' Awards Assembly and their gymnastics class. Two things...today! Really, I have no idea how Patty managed but she's my hero. When I walked into her cozy home, I was greeted by one of my favorite sounds...the sound of FAMILY together. To someone else it may have sounded like children playing or the pup barking. Or the adults watching the football game. To me it was perfect.

I had such a fun afternoon with this gorgeous couple! I loved the snow. I loved their fun, laid-back attitudes. I loved their little puppies. And I loved the Fire Station. Great idea, guys! I left them just feeling extra blessed with the opportunities I have to share a few moments with these families...be they a newly married couple, newborn babies, big sisters, or huge families with 7 kids and a total of 20 some family members (their sneak coming next!)

This is truly a "sneak peek because I haven't even made it to the end of their session on my first go through. My camera has been smokin' hot this weekend. Good thing, because it was COLD outside! This lovely expectant family was 2nd out 4 this weekend., so that explains why I haven't made it through. I'm loving what we captured, though. LOVING!
I just LOVE to spend time with these first time parents on the verge of such a beautiful life change. A baby changes everything in a beautiful way. Thank you for letting me capture this precious time in your lives. It was fun to spend a bit of my morning with you.
