Say hello to my sister and her super cute family!!  Aren't they growing up fast...the kids, I mean! ;)  This was a super quick sessions under less than ideal conditions but you wouldn't know it.  I'm loving what we came away with and can't wait to see them up on the wall.  BIG!

I met up with these beautiful ladies on a gorgeous fall morning last week.  I fell in love with the polka dot coat and this precious face.  She is two and under that job description you will find, "make sure you make them work for cute pictures."  I think momma, grandma and I would all agree she fulfilled that obligation swimmingly.  I think we would all agree, too, that it was definitely worth the effort! She's darling.

Would you look at this cutie boy in the midst of all the fall leaves?!  He's just days away from the big #1 so won't you help me wish him a VERY HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY?!  He was a walking pro which meant that mom and I got quite a workout, because he was mainly walking...away.  That's, oftentimes,  how these one year old sessions go, though, so no worries at all.   Momma?  You'll have to dig these first birthday photos out when he becomes a Domer himself, just like daddy.

They just keep coming!  Beautiful families.  Beautiful kids.  Beautiful fall afternoons.  I'm loving these yearly visits with this family.  The kids absolutely rocked this session.  Momma and Dad didn't do too badly, either!!  So much fun!  I loved that they chose this location; it adds a bit of personality and color to the session.  Question:  Would it be weird if I hung a big ol' canvas of that image above in my house?  Maybe?  I hope they do.  It just screams BIG canvas! :)

 Oh, sweet baby cheeks.  How precious is this little baby face? This beautiful family came from out of town for this session and the gloomy weather early in the weekend tried to disrupt our plans.  But as you can see, the sun was shining when we met and the session turned out perfectly.  Thanks for being flexible.  It was a pleasure to meet and work with you.  p.s.  JHP fans, stay tuned for a glimpse of this beauty's handsome cousin coming later this week. ;)

Good Morning, friends!  How ADORABLE is this duo?  Seriously?!  I am busy working my way through several sessions this morning but I wanted to pop on here and remind you of a few upcoming things to note.

Firstly, our long awaited OPENING DAY!  Hooray!  On Monday, November 5, I will begin scheduling January through April 2013 appointments.  Think cute scarves, mittens, and hats.  Bundle up and let's go outdoors for some beautiful wintery pics.  Or we can stay indoors where its warm and capture those stunning natural light/window lit faces of those you love most.  Before we know it, it will be warming up and we'll be outdoors again.  So think ahead and get ready to email me on the morning of Nov 5.  Look for more details coming soon.

These two?  They're adorable.  And they are growing at lightning speed.  I always look forward to their annual fall session.  Such good kids with great personalities.  The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. ;)

I love that this sweetie pie is making her way through our Baby Steps.  We had a big bunch of graduating babies last month, so it sure does my heart good to visit this one.  She's sitting up so well and seems pleased as punch with herself.  What a doll.

Where do these beautiful families keep coming from?!  I'm so blessed and I just love this family to the moon.  They have been around since big sister was two (if I remember correctly) and I think the little guy was already growing in momma's tummy at that time, too?  They always show up looking amazing.  And the smiles?  The perfect smiles?  I love.  So here's the thing, excluding the individual shots, these are the seconds.  Yes, there are even better ones that we're saving.  I can hardly stand it! ;)  Thanks for another amazing session, friends.  So glad that we got this session in, in between the high winds and gloomy skies.

I may have gone overboard.  I often do.  It's just so hard when you guys show up looking as fine as you do.  Chase was such a good sport, though.  We wondered if we may have to reschedule due to wind, and then gloomy skies but it was perfect.  And just as I was pulling away some raindrops began to fall.  So it was a good day.  Made better by this handsome face.
