Me r r y  C h r i s t m a s  from our family to yours! 

We are grateful for the blessings that were brought in 2011.  What a privilege to work with such amazing families.  I'm excited for what 2012 holds, lots of beautiful faces are already lined up!

I am really enjoying my down time with my family.  I've had just enough time to nurse my girls back to health after being sick with the stomach flu and strep. I even found time to get sick myself.  Truly, though, this time with my family has been wonderful.  Christmas pageants and concerts, baking cookies, visiting Santa, picking out the perfect gifts.  Now we're ready to celebrate Jesus' birth and share family time with our loved ones.  I pray that you have a special time celebrating Christmas with those you love.  God Bless.

Just dropping by to say "hello!"  The countdown is on and my girls can hardly stand the wait!  Hope you are enjoying the traditions and preparations for the Christmas season. I'll be back soon with a few more Christmas cheer pictures.

Way back at the end of October, I took that trip up to Michigan. Remember? Well, this session with my cousin Angela started in the dug-out. This was especially fun for me, since I ran these same bases and wore this same jersey. Well, not the exact same but you understand. :) Angela is such a beautiful gal, inside and out. And that made these sessions easy peasy for me. Angela is the last grandchild in my family. I fall somewhere in the middle so I easily remember her as a rollypolly baby. Can't believe she'll be graduating in the Spring. My fingers are crossed that she'll end up at college down here. Maybe I can talk her in to some babysitting for Reagan and Reilly?? :)

In other news, my camera is on it's way to the Canon Factory to get some maintenance work done so it will be ready to go come the first of the year. I'm feeling a little lost without her. ;) All of my current session disks have been delivered or are on their way. So I'm ready to settle in and enjoy everything this beautiful Christmas season has to offer. I wish the same for you and your family.

I don't know about you but I'm ready to jump on the too-cute-for-his-own-shoes train car with this fella. Those blue eyes just melt me. Mr C did such a fine job at his 2 year session. I still can't believe this is our little Baby Stepper from not too long ago. Wow. Time flies. Thanks for a fun session, guys!

Oooooh, yes. That "something special" was swirling in the air when I arrived at this precious newborn's home. She is surrounded by so.much.love. Momma and Daddy. Friends and family. I loved my time spent with her and can't wait to watch her grow this year.

The fun just keeps on coming! I loved the outfits that mom pulled together for this fun, family session. After a reschedule due to high winds, we were beyond blessed with one of the area's last 60+ degrees days of the year! Hooray and high fives all around for that! This adorable family, so added 10 new cute baby toes to their numbers. Clara was born in August and just like her Big Sis jumped on the Baby Step Train when we met up last weekend. She is a DOLLbaby! Just the cutest thing. As I sat at my computer to edit, I just wanted to reach right in and pinch (softly of course) those plump baby cheeks. I cannot wait to watch this pumpkin grow! Thanks for a fun session, guys!

These two sisters are just the cutest little gals. I just love their names and think it would be perfect for a little boutique. We met up on campus last weekend and had a fun walk around. I first met this gorgeous family one year ago and it's always such a treat to see my families again. Thanks, again, guys! It was great to see you!

We met up last week on a chilly but sunshiney morning to celebrate this baby doll's 3 year birthday. I knew she would look adorable and mom came through with some darling outfits. Baby doll brought her own version of darling and together they made for a super session!

I was so looking forward to this school-picture-of-a-different-kind session with this good-looking gang. As its been in the past, I knew it would be a good time. I love these kids. They are good kids. Each one of them. It's a privilege to watch them grow like this. This year I got a kick out of the fact that instead of silly jokes or funny words, Mom was simply saying the name of (a no-doubt cute) boy or girl from school. Totally did the trick. Thanks for a fun session, guys!

This darlin' gave me exactly 4.6 minutes before she was whipped out tired. Thankfully, it was all the time we needed to capture her sweet little face and beautiful sparkly eyes. Just before she found her tiny thumb and began to drift off I thought I heard her singing Justin's song. :) You and your twin sisters are just the cutest things, Miss Sage.

**Today is Opening Day! I'm scheduling January - April 2012 appointments. Many are already taken but there are still some available. Snow pictures are so fun! Think hats, gloves, scarfs. Also consider those dramatic indoor window-lit individual photos that are fun this time of year.

This adorable toe-head has just turned 2 and that's something to celebrate! On our way home from Nana and Papa's house in Michigan, we got off the highway and met up with this good-looking crew. Our good, good friends who we don't get to see nearly enough. It so fun to watch our kids jump right into step after not seeing each other for awhile, though. That's what good, good friends do. We waited our turn on the bridge (I think there were almost 10 different photographers in the area that day!!) and then played in the leaves for a bit. We let the littles run off some wiggles and spend some quality time together before hitting the road for home. These kids just grow up too, too fast. :)
