Welcome our newest Baby Stepper to the {jennyhoke} family. She is just a beautiful baby. Isn't she?! Her grandma contacted me around Christmas time to purchase a gift certificate for her yet unborn grandchild. What a perfect gift! I am so excited to watch her grow this year. She joins her 2 older sisters to make their all girl team. :) It's not quite a No Boys Allowed club. Mommy and the girls gladly make room for Daddy. Thanks, guys! See you in 3 short months!
"Honeydew" was one of the words that Mom and Dad used to bring out this darlin's smile. We met up over the weekend to celebrate her upcoming 3YR birthday in pictures. They showed me a fabulous new location and in spite of the humidity we came away with some adorable images.

I couldn't decide which ones were my favorite from this engagement beach session in MI, so I am just showing them all! Not really all of them but a TON. Erin and Nate were terrific. So in love. Nate planned this super sweet, super romantic proposal on the beach in Virginia and we sort of recreated the moment here. There was a little guitar, a little swing dancing, a little snuggling, a lot of smiling and a lot of laughing. Perfect recipe for a rockin' engagement session. Allow me to introduce to the jennyhoke photography family, my cousin, her husband and their pumpkin pie sweetheart. I can see so much of her grandma (baby's pictures), and her aunt in her face. So fun to see my little cousins, who I used to babysit, starting their families.
Say hello to my cousin and his beautiful family of 4. They were my second MI session and I was so happy to meet my newest extended family member. He's a keeper, for sure. He was so alert. Later in the week, as my family gathered for a meal I got the chance to hold and snuggle this little guy. At one month old, he was full of smiles and things to say. What a treat!
Folks, you are in for a real treat. While spending a week in my old stomping grounds over in the thumb of Michigan, (Hold up your hand with your fingers together and thumb extended. It looks like the state of Michigan.) I had the privilege of working with some fun friends and family. First up, is this handsome fella. He's the son of my friend, Rachel. Rachel and I sort of lost touch after high school, so I was thankful to reunite on facebook. And even more thankful and happy to get a chance to see her, meet her husband and baby boy. What a treat!
